District Vision — 10th Anniversary
SR designed and produced the spatial concept for District Vision’s 10th Anniversary pop-up, presenting archival pieces as markers of friendship, process, and shared history rather than products. Built around a work-in-progress construction site narrative, the installation used raw, industrial materials to evoke the feeling of stepping inside the future District Vision store while still in formation. Embracing imperfection as a creative choice, the space reflected the brand’s ongoing evolution—honest, process-driven, and rooted in lasting relationships.

Back of house at the District Vision pop-up was reduced to one gesture. A giant curved screen ran the brand film at scale, with hinoki stools as the only seating. The room was kept minimal so the image could carry the space, and the screen also functioned as a backdrop for meditations and talks.

The District Vision pop-up in Downtown LA was built as a work-in-progress store. SR kept the venue raw and temporary and designed the interior to feel actively under construction rather than finished. Structure stayed visible, surfaces remained unresolved, and the space read as a transition state.
